Can I bring my computer to you?
No. We provide our services in your home; however, pickup and delivery service is available.
What is the average turnaround time for appointments?
Most appointments are scheduled within 24 hours of the original call.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment if I need to?
Yes. If you need to reschedule, just call 1-866-276-4135 and let us know as soon as possible. If you need to cancel you appointment, you may be charged a $25 cancelation fee.
Do you provide technical support other than what is listed?

What are the qualifications of your technicians?
All of our technicians are A+ Certified and have years of experience. Many of our technicians hold multiple certifications.
Is there anything I need to know before an appointment?
Yes. In order for the service to be performed someone of at least 18 years of age must be on location for the duration of the service. The technician must have access to all necessary equipment, electrical power, and a safe working environment. If the computer is protected with a password, the password must be provided or someone with the necessary information must be present.
Do you only work on Windows computers
No. Several of our technicians are certified by Apple.
