HARRY MALKA is an Attorney at Law. Mr. Malka received his Juris Doctorate from the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1997 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, in 1992. He is a member of both The Florida Bar and The Georgia Bar. In Florida, Mr. Malka is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and all Florida state courts. In Georgia, Mr. Malka is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, all Georgia trial courts, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Mr. Malka is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Prior to moving to Florida in 2003, Mr. Malka was a founding member of Malka & Trainor, P.C., an Atlanta-based law firm where he primarily practiced in the area of commercial litigation and construction law. Mr. Malka is an active member of several trade organizations, including the Broward County Bar Association, Construction Law Committee, Construction Association of South Florida (CASF), Associated Builders and Contractors, South Florida Chapter (ABC), and Associated General Contractors, South Florida Chapter (AGC).
